How And Where To Get Trimix

It seems like you can’t go anywhere online today without seeing some kind of advertising for erectile dysfunction treatments.  Generic versions of most major oral ED medications are now available and take up a disproportionate amount of banner ad space across the Internet today.  While these drugs are no doubt effective – with more than 70% of men who take them finding them satisfactory or better – there are still as many as 30% of men, especially older men, who don’t see satisfactory results from oral ED treatments (Harvard Health, 2013).  That means that nearly 40 million men over age 30 in the US may need another option to treat their erectile dysfunction to maintain or attain a healthy and satisfactory sex life! The good news is that for these men, and any other men who find their results from oral ED pills to be less-than-ideal, Trimix injections may be a more effective solution.  We’ll cover how and where to buy Trimix, as well as some of the basics of what it is and how it works in our guide below.

The Basics Of Trimix For Erectile Dysfunction

Trimix is an erectile dysfunction treatment that is designed for local injection into the penis.  Unlike oral ED medications, which work systemically, Trimix’s local action means it is much more effective for the intended purpose of causing and maintaining an erection satisfactory for sexual intercourse.  It is similar to oral ED treatments, in that it works on similar principles – relaxation of blood vessels and improving blood flow – the two essentials for the mechanism of erection to work.  Because it’s an injection-based medication, however, it’s not a first-line treatment. It is only recommended for men who have had little or no success in achieving an erection and reversing their erectile dysfunction with an oral ED medication or men with medical conditions that preclude the use of oral ED medications.  That’s an important fact to keep in mind and a theme that we’ll get back to as we discuss how Trimix is used and where to buy it later in this guide.

As the name implies, Trimix is made up of three specific medications mixed into one compound.  All three work in somewhat different ways, but towards the same end goal of producing and maintaining an erection for sexual activity.  Without getting into the technical specifics, these medications are papaverine, alprostadil, and phentolamine.  While they work individually, studies have found them to be especially effective in combination and with fewer side effects.  As many as 95% of men who participated in erectile dysfunction studies with oral ED pills, then subsequently Trimix injections when oral ED pills failed, saw effective results from Trimix (Seyam et al., 2005).

Injection Technique

In order to use Trimix, a doctor or healthcare provider needs to instruct patients on the proper way to administer the injection.  Typically, the injection site is in the middle third of the shaft of the penis at the 10 o’clock or 2 o’clock position avoiding any veins, 20 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.  Proper antiseptic measures to guard against infection or contamination of the medication are required.  Administering the injection in the right spot is essential and should be reviewed with your prescriber prior to use.  Always observe proper syringe safety and hygiene, and don’t re-use syringes, either.  Follow all storage and handling precautions provided with the Trimix medication leaflets and consistent with your prescriber’s instructions.

Trimix Injections

Trimix Injections are used as a second-line treatment when oral ED medications don’t work.

Trimix Dosage

The amount of Trimix to use will vary by individual.  Typically, doctors will start you on the lowest effective dose and may tweak the dosage upward several times as needed in order to establish what works best for you.  You should not make these adjustments on your own, but in consultation with your healthcare provider/prescriber, to ensure you do not use too much.  There are numerous other precautions on the frequency of use, amount of injection, and so on that should be followed, though are largely outside the scope of this particular guide on how and where to buy Trimix.

Importantly, once you inject Trimix, it starts to work right away, and most men see results (e.g., an erection) within 5 to 20 minutes.  This erection usually lasts for one to two hours, and may or may not go away with orgasm or ejaculation.  Erections lasting longer than 4 hours, however, are dangerous as they may damage the structure of the penis. Prolonged erections are called priapism and are considered a medical emergency.  If Trimix is working in the right dosage, however, most individuals do not experience that issue.  The incidence of priapism with Trimax ranges from 0% to 3.7% of users (Seyam et al., 2005).

Why Trimix Requires A Prescription

Trimix is only available by prescription, in consultation with a doctor or other healthcare provider.  This is because of its nature as a potent injectable medication, the misuse of which would cause serious side effects.  It is not meant to be injected into the circulatory system, or it may have serious – possibly fatal – side effects.  Likewise, abuse or over-use can lead to the aforementioned serious medical situation, known as priapism, where an erection lasts longer than 4 hours and may permanently damage your penis.

It is essential that you understand the risks and benefits of using Trimix and know how to use the medication safely. Add to that the likely need to adjust or modify dosage, and it’s clear this is not something you can simply buy over-the-counter safely.

How To Buy Trimix

Before you consider how and where to buy Trimix, the first step is to try an oral erectile dysfunction medication – or several.  Each works in a slightly different way than the other, with different pros and cons.  Trimix is only suitable for men who have tried oral ED medications with no or unsatisfactory results.  If you have exhausted those options, however, then Trimix may be a good choice.

In terms of how to buy Trimix, the first step is to schedule an appointment or consultation with a doctor or licensed prescriber — either your regular primary care physician or general practitioner, male health specialist, etc.  For many men, this is the preferred route – it’s a lot easier to talk comfortably about your ED concerns and issues remotely with a doctor you don’t see for all your other health concerns, who specializes in men’s health issues like ED.  There are numerous other benefits, too, including convenience, speed, accessibility, and cost.  We’ll address several of these advantages in our discussion of where to buy Trimix below.

Where To Buy Trimix

There are three primary sources or routes you can take when considering where to buy Trimix.  The second of the three should generally be avoided – at least if you want to know where to buy Trimix safely and securely – and each of the other two options has different pros and cons to consider.  While we’re certainly encouraging you to choose Invigor Medical, we’ve attempted to provide an unbiased, factual comparison of these three choices of where to buy Trimix.

Primary Care/General Practitioner And Local Pharmacy

The traditional route is to buy Trimix through your primary care physician, general practitioner, and/or a specialist like a urologist, who will provide a prescription to be filled at your local pharmacy of choice.  There is no doubt that this can be an appealing option since your existing doctor(s) should be aware of your health conditions, medications, and medical history.  However, it can be uncomfortable for many men to discuss erectile dysfunction, to begin with, let alone talk about ED injections.

There are also several drawbacks, including long wait times to secure an appointment, lengthy waits in the practitioner’s office, and the associated costs – co-pays and so on – that your doctor’s visit may require.  After that, you need to take a separate trip to a pharmacy to get your prescription filled, and likely return later to the pharmacy to pick it up.  All of those tasks take time and effort and can cost a significant amount of money, even with good insurance.

Online Pharmacies Without A Prescription

Naturally, men looking for less hassle, faster service, and fewer awkward questions – and perhaps a lower cost – may turn to the Internet to find where to buy Trimix.  You will undoubtedly find many so-called online pharmacies and other businesses that may advertise Trimix injections available without a prescription.  Prices may be extremely low, too – and you think you’ve struck gold and got one over on the medical system.  But think again!  Any site advertising Trimix as available without a prescription should be a huge red flag – it is not legal to provide it without a prescription in the US.

Pharmacies offering Trimix without a prescription requirement are likely scams.  There’s no guarantee you’ll get any medication, as they may just be looking for your payment information to exploit.  If you do get any medication, it may be diluted, contaminated, or even plain water.  The product’s quality and safety is an open question. Its suitability for use for you is an open question, and the safety and security of your payment and personal information is also likely suspect.

In short, when you are looking for where to buy Trimix, you should NEVER choose an online pharmacy or business that does not require a doctor’s prescription – your manhood is too important to risk injecting it with who knows what.  Several references provided at the end of this guide describe the risks of purchasing ED medications without a prescription.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Does A Trimix Injection Last?

Trimix injections typically take between 5 and 20 minutes to start working – it varies by individual.  Once an erection is achieved, it usually lasts for between one to two hours.  It may or may not go away after orgasm and/or ejaculation, and may simply last until the effective time period has elapsed.  If an erection lasts longer than four hours, it is considered a medical emergency, and you should seek immediate medical attention to avoid potentially permanent damage to your penis.

How Effective Is Trimix For Treating Erectile Dysfunction?

In studies of men who did not receive satisfactory treatment with oral ED options like Viagra, Trimix injections were shown to have between 80% to 95% satisfaction, depending on the study.  Results were generally more positive with Trimix than with any of its three primary constituent active ingredients alone.  While it does not cure any underlying issues that resulted in erectile dysfunction (neither do oral tablets), it can be a highly effective treatment for most men (Coombs et al., 2012).

Is Trimix Safe To Use?

So long as the precautions, proper injection techniques, dosage, and frequency of use considerations are observed, Trimix is safe as a treatment for ED.  However, as an injection, it certainly has a greater potential for some complications, such as injection site infections, when compared to oral medication.  Overdose or too-frequent-use can result in priapism and may cause permanent damage to the penis.  Therefore, it’s important to ensure you fully understand the dosage and injection instructions, follow them closely, and discuss any concerns with your doctor, among other important considerations.

Concluding Thoughts

If you are a man who has tried oral erectile dysfunction treatments without success, there is hope – Trimix injections.  They are highly effective as a treatment of last resort for the vast majority of men who have tried them.  While there are some risks, and Trimix is not available without a prescription, that doesn’t mean your only option for where to buy Trimix is through your doctor and local pharmacy.
